Photinia 'Superhedge' is a vigorous, quick-growing hedging shrub selected for its exceptional density and rich burgundy red new growth. Reaching around 3.5m tall and 2.5m wide, 'Superhedge' thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soils. Hardy and low maintenance, it performs consistently across Queenstown and Central Otago, growing 3-4m if left untrimmed but easily maintained at a shorter height for formal hedging.
