Our nursery is based at Arrow Junction near Arrowtown, one of the coldest pockets in the district — and our plants feel it. In autumn the sun doesn’t come over the hills until late morning, and the site sees everything the Central Otago climate can throw at it: sun, frost, snow, wind and long stretches of cold.

It means every plant is genuinely put through its paces. If it grows here, it will grow anywhere in Central Otago. That’s the advantage of buying plants raised in the same conditions where they'll be planted.
