Corokia 'Geentys Giant' is a robust NZ native shrub with larger leaves than Corokia 'Geenty's Green', while still producing masses of small yellow daisy-like flowers in summer. These are followed by colourful berries in autumn - ranging from red to orange and yellow - which provide valuable food for native birds. Its upright, structured form makes it ideal for hedging, shelter and mixed native plantings.

Growing to around 3m tall and 2m wide, 'Geentys Giant' thrives in full sun to partial shade and tolerates dry, windy and frosty conditions once established. Hardy and low-maintenance, it performs reliably across Queenstown and Central Otago, and is especially useful for difficult sites where resilience is essential.
